The Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA) Is a nonprofit trade association representing the hot mix asphalt industry of Colorado. Over 250 organizations are members of CAPA, making it the voice of the asphalt industry throughout the state. CAPA has grown to include both producer and user organizations. Seventy Five cities, towns, counties and special districts have become members of CAPA and make use of the technical assistance available through the association.
