We specialize in Multifamily, Hospitality, Student Housing, and other new construction and retrofit projects for a select group of clients. The TMS leadership team has combined strengths that make us a well-rounded and customer focused company. Each customer/project is assigned to a partner to see the project from budgeting through commissioning, so there is no hand-off, lost knowledge, or project manager turnover to hurt the project; or frustrate our general contractor partners.
