My coaching philosophy is centered on facilitating purposeful change at personal, team and organizational levels to help clients achieve sustainable change and powerful results in their work and lives. I value the process of discovery, awareness and choice that empowers people to use their own inner resources to break free from limiting beliefs and create the success they want. I see the potential in all people and help plug them into what will make them successful. This is achieved by creating a unique, empowered co-active relationship focusing not only on what clients are doing in terms of reaching goals, but also on who they are “being” through the process of professional and personal growth.
