Master Development Partners is a South Florida based commercial real estate developer focused on the acquisition, design, and development of retail and mixed-use properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Master Development Partners was formed by two South Florida retail real estate veterans, Robert Shapiro of Master Development and Terry Salzman of Salzman Real Estate Advisors. Both Bob and Terry have real estate roots in South Florida going back almost 30 years and together have extensive experience in retail development/redevelopment, leasing, management and brokerage.
