White County Family Connection is the local agency in White County, Georgia of the Georgia Family Connection Partnership (https://gafcp.org), a statewide network dedicated to the health and well-being of families and communities. White County Family Connection connects and convenes key community members committed to improving the well-being of children and families. We connect our partners to the resources they need, coordinate and manage efforts, and empower our community to craft local solutions based on local decisions. In White County we also operate a family support program serving families, referred primarily by the several White County schools, who are identified as in need of support, assistance and connections to community resources. We also work to provide other direct assistance of various kinds to families and children.
