Fletcher Soccer Academy is a club neutral training academy providing professional sessions to a wide range of ages and abilities in private 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, camps and clinics. The academy was formed in Morrow, OH by Head Coach Tony Fletcher. Having coached at both the recreational/grassroots and club level, Tony saw a need for more personalized training outside the team environment. By offering 1-on-1 and small group training, Fletcher Soccer Academy is able to tailor training sessions to the needs of each player. The lower player-to-coach ratio allows for players in the academy to receive more individual attention and feedback. Programs are available to any player, regardless of club or school, who are willing to put in the work.
