Walking into a packed yoga class can be nerve-wrecking if you feel like you have no idea what to do when the instructor tells you to get into a "Warrior II" - At IraniYoga my aim is ease new yogis into a fun, safe and rewarding practice that is tailor-made to individual needs. Whether your goal is to learn the basic/integral postures, work towards being a pretzel, do a handstand in the middle of the room or concentrate on breathing and meditation, we can come up with the perfect program for you. Yoga is fun, challenging, builds strength and has positive mental and emotional effects. I offer private lessons, group lessons, specialised workshops, yoga for private functions, corporate events, bachelorette parties and am always open to an introduction over a cup of coffee.
