Studio One Yoga is, first and foremost, a yoga community built by 'real' people whose aim is to promote positive health and mental well being. We work with schools, colleges and workplaces to take this goal further afield and promote the advent of online yoga as an accessible way to improve the health of staff and colleagues. Studio One's reputation precedes itself as the go-to organisation for inclusive, accessible and professional yoga classes and workshops. An ever evolving business for the ever evolving people we are! Having trained a further 45+ people nationally to become yoga teachers we encourage this ethos beyond just our classes.
