Our customer-specific turned and milled parts are used in a wide variety of industries: Thanks to a high degree of industry diversity, we avoid dependency on individual markets and are always available to you as a reliable partner. Our customers come mainly from the mechanical engineering, rail and aircraft construction, hydraulics, optical industry and automotive industry markets - we have the right precision turned and milled part for almost every industry. We primarily machine free-cutting steels (e.g. 11SMnPb), case-hardening steels (e.g. 16MnCrS5) and aluminium alloys (e.g. AlMgSi) as well as stainless steels such as V2A (e.g. 1.4305) and V4A (e.g. 1.4404) off the bar as sawed or cast chuck parts. We also process almost all Cu alloys such as brass (e.g. CuZn39Pb3) and bronzes (e.g. CuSn4Zn4PB4) but also plastics such as PEEK, POM and PTFE. Of course we also process lead-free materials. The high quality standards of our company are underpinned by certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Comprehensive, IT-controlled quality controls (SPC measurement series) and the precise work of exclusively qualified employees enable us to deliver consistently high quality in any quantity. In the QA laboratory, we have 3D coordinate measuring machine, profile projector, digital laser micrometer, numerous roughness measuring instruments and a large number of different manual measuring devices at our disposal.
