Once upon a time there was this guy who loved to travel. Even as a child, his favorite thing was to explore. However, thanks to the realities of a world that to him often seemed mad, physical travels and exploration were often quite difficult to do. Disappointing as this sometimes could be, our hero realized this was no excuse to ignore his passion for adventure. It dawned on him that adventure can be found in many ways. If not in the physical world, then maybe he could explore a vastly larger realm … the Kingdom of the Imagination. There are so many ways to explore THOSE lands, that he would rarely be without an adventure. At first he was content to explore with the aid of others. He became an avid reader. But eventually he found that he also wanted to be the Creator of Worlds, not just the Intrepid Explorer. So he worked on developing imagination based skills when the “real” world did not intervene, dabbling in all sorts of artistic endeavors. His journeys took him many places, both real and imagined. He took to documenting his “real” world journeys with a camera; the journeys of the imagination seemed to emerge best for him with the written word. One day, he ran into an idea full force, as if smacking right into a wall. “What if,” he thought to himself, “what if I shared the skills I have learned to help others have great adventures as well?” And thus, The Tale Builder was born. He is nothing more than an explorer who wishes to share with others the wonders he has found, by creating personalized stories for those who seek them. Maybe a young girl has dreams of being a princess, and would be thrilled to read a story featuring her princess self. Or perhaps life has been a little rough for a friend, who would be amused to have a humorous adventure to bring back a smile. The possibilities are only limited by the boundaries of the imagination!
