Interim management We supply interim management for companies in need of competence, temporary management, or change projects that are for some reason better to be performed by an external manager. Our competences are established in the areas of PR and communications, finance and general management. Our network is built up in the following industries, PR and advertising, media, pharmaceutical, banking, transportation, broadcasting, IT and public service. Coaching & training Our training program is a two to three day course combining both practical workshops and theory that is intended for middle and upper level managers. It integrates elements of management, work ethics, communication, psychology and personal growth. The main goal of the program is to highlight LQ- Leadership intelligence; the new term in leadership, and its relation to traditional leadership qualities. Many experts on the subject talk about a paradigm shift. To facilitate this shift we focus on a three dimensional leadership approach involving three kinds of intelligence: logic intelligence (IQ), emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ). Furthermore, the workshop part of the program aims to provide managers with practical, ready-to-apply tools for identifying, understanding and managing their emotions at work. The courses can be held off site via webinars or off site location and they can be held on site at your company.
