Emergency Medical Solutions, LLC (EMS, LLC) is an independent EMS content & development company that specializes in providing training and consulting solutions to our various clients within the EMS and emergency services industry. We offer customized training courses, work with agencies to develop training & quality assurance programs, provide operations & management consulting solutions, and have developed two reference product lines designed for the EMS, fire, public safety, emergency services, and emergency preparedness/management industries. Tim Nowak, Founder & CEO, developed EMS, LLC in 2010 in response to a need for flexible training throughout the EMS community. Since then, EMS, LLC has has partnered with various clients to deliver hundreds of hours of training courses, provide quality assurance services and a continuum of medical oversight, has created two EMS publications, works as a contracted item writer of promotional exams and publication articles, and has developed two reference product lines. Providing training is a core function of EMS, LLC. Whether it's traveling directly to a client, developing a course for an agency's personal use, or lecturing as part of a conference line-up, EMS, LLC has been a progressive leader in the arena of EMS continued education. Since its inception as an EMS-oriented company, it has since expanded to meet the various training needs of fire departments, police departments, hospitals, emergency response teams, and public health communities. Tabletop exercises, skills evaluations, interview panel participation, operational reviews, promotional/hiring exam development, course creation, product reviews, protocol development, and needs assessments are all within the capabilities (and expertise) of EMS, LLC.
