Guy Logan Architects was formed in 2018 by Matt Guy and Rob Logan. Between them, they have over 3 decades of experience in delivering private residential, social housing, student accommodation and hotel projects in London and around the United Kingdom. Our work encompasses new build and refurbishment projects from tiny houses set idyllic countryside locations to high end residential refurbishments in dense urban environments. We have established close working relationships with repeat private clients, developers, investors, contractors and consultants to deliver projects of varying scales and complexity. Our approach to architecture and design is one of simplicity - we strongly believe that successful architecture and design is about creating spaces that work for users and contributes positively to our built environment and society. We recognise that each project is unique and requires a bespoke approach based on the clients requirements and in response to context, brief and budget. As a result, our projects are not bound by architectural styles or preconceived ideas. Our client focused approach fosters a close working relationship between designer and end user to ensure our projects are tailored to the individual needs of the client.
