Its aim is to empower individuals to maximise their earning potential by providing a range of business, training and employment services, through a personalised approach. TrainE-TraidE’s aims are: * To increase the success rate and long term sustainability of new and existing businesses * To improve candidates chances of success with their job search * To improve access to vocational qualifications * To enable people to make informed career choices
