Who are we: The Careers Programme Group is an Employer led 'Employability programme' which has been created in partnership with employers through the UK, to help train and develop new, inclusive and sustainable talent Careers PG provide a quality driven programme that offers a unique, cost free solution to support employers in attracting, training and employing new talent in a more inclusive way Careers PG offers a recruitment model that is both proactive and cost free, which results in a high return employment solution. Thanks to both our own in house team of industry experts and qualified trainers, we are able to create training programmes that are ‘fit for purpose’ and role specific. Candidates are pretrained virtually online, before they walk in an employers door. Once they’ve completed their training they are able to move onto work experience stage where they are then able to showcase their abilities as oppose to the generic and traditional 'CV and interview' process.
