The Baton Rouge North Economic Development District (BRNEDD) is a historic region located in the Parish of East Baton Rouge in the State of Louisiana, established by Louisiana State Legislative Acts 433 and 528 in 2015 and 2016, respectively. IMPACT North Baton Rouge represents this district that is an essential political subdivision created to provide for substantial economic activity and employment opportunities. Our 12-member Board of Commissioners is appointed as defined by the legislative acts to manage the District.
