I have found that most Accounting firms and Tax practitioners take a more clinical approach which in my personal opinion make’s tax a very unpleasant experience, there is rarely a one on one approach. We dealing with people as our clients and not numbers or specks on a chart. I feel that tax does not necessarily has to be all numbers, charts and figures with high jargon language’s which the client rarely understand’s, it make’s the service non appealing to the client, a simple more basic, caring “cozy” feel to client service I think is more appealing.
