Site Monitor is a technology company founded by a group of experienced engineers and management consultants with a broad knowledge in the natural resources industry and information technologies. Our company has encapsulated decades of experience in developing and implementing management systems for mining companies around the globe and created a software package to address different root causes of productivity loss. We targeted non-core mining activities such as camp management, access control & regulations, and personnel transportation and created a suite of tools to provide specialized technologies to assist in the management and control of these critical costs. We did so by creating key proprietary functional layers and engines that interact with critical business variables such as operating KPI’s; to ensure that our clients achieve a positive impact to their financial and operational results.
