Home Ownership Made Easy, Inc (H.O.M.E.) is a 501 c 3 California Corporation. We are an affordable housing developer and property management company. Our target population is persons with developmental disabilities. H.O.M.E. currently owns condos, apartment buildings and single family houses which we rent to individuals and families with develpmental disabilities at 30% of their income. H.O.M.E. welcomes partnerships and collaborations with the intention to create more affordable housing.
