David Smotrich & Partners LLP is a certified WBE/DBE women owned, Manhattan based architectural/planning firm with over fifty years of professional design experience. It was founded by David Smotrich, FAIA in 1985 which was the spinoff firm from Smotrich & Platt, established in 1965. Deborah Homan, RLA, began full time at DSP in 1990 and became partner in 1998. After David’s passing in 2010, she purchased the firm and for the past eight years has been successfully partnered with Clare E. Smith, AIA. DSP has highly skilled architects, whom provide the client with excellent quality from studies and concept design through construction administration and post occupancy evaluation. We listen to our Clients and work diligently to achieve their goals and exceed their expectations. DSP is committed to producing technically proficient, highly detailed construction drawings and exacting specifications.
