Samco Metals and Alloys (P) Ltd - a reliable source for quality steel castings - is based in Kaniyambadi, Vellore, Tamilnadu, since 1977. We manufacture carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel castings for industrial valve, oil-field equipment, and engineering OEMs (earth-moving and railways). The plant spans over an area of 50,000 sq m, housing 3 induction melting furnaces (each 1.5 tons), 4 heat treatment furnaces (100-percent capacity), pattern shop, simulation lab, and various material testing and NDT labs, and a captive machine shop. Aided by the proximity to the city of Chennai (both seaport and airport) and our global presence since 1987, we currently export about 60% of our annual production capacity (5000 tons per year) to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc. PRODUCTS: Rough, semi-machined, and fully-machined steel castings for: (i) 2 to 24" industrial valves, (ii) oil-field equipment, and (iii) earth-moving and railways.
