I enjoy helping people. Is it selfish? Is it because of how it makes ME feel? I don't know but I do know that I'm at my best when helping others be at their best. I used my frustrations and the gaps in support in my own life and career to shape something which will help others in similar situations. I have been fortunate in that I have been able to test and develop my own conclusions across a wide range of roles and in different businesses and this is why I know I can help.
