The paper production was started in the factory in October 2007. The production of paper based on recycled fibers is carried out on the flat net machine with the trim width of 2550 mm, max drive speed 800 m \ min, max capacity up to 200 tones per 24 h. The paper production department equipped with modern facilities that ensure the compliance with the modern parameters of technological regulations as well as a high degree of automatic control: - fractionation and refining system; - improved system of pulp preparation, the modern four-stage vortex pulp cleaning system was installed; - scanner for the paper and cardboard quality control; - sizer \ glue press which allows the surface treatment by the application of the adhesive on the basis of modified starch, that along with the exception of intro-pulp sizing significantly improves the barrier properties and strength of the product; After several stages of modernization, the existing equipment completely covers the own needs of the enterprise in the fluting and greyboards for flat layers allows you to close up the production cycle – from the waste paper to the ready made cardboard box – and to sell the major part of the products either in the domestic market or to export. Our own certification laboratory enables us to measure all the physical and mechanical properties of paper and cardboard (CMT, CCT, SCT, FCT, RCT, Cobb etc.) that are of significant importance both for the Ukrainian and foreign customers. A reasonable price-performance ratio of our cardboard and paper allows the company to be among the leaders on the domestic market and to successfully cooperate with the European and the CIS countries.
