In addition to major projects, we undertake a wide range of work from condition surveys to M&E design on smaller projects. As a company we aim to be focused on our clients and to offer a quality design service that is a blend of innovation and proven technology. We offer very competitive fees and are prepared to quote as a fixed price or on a percentage basis. Changes to legislation have directed the construction industry towards low carbon technologies and we can offer a broad range of advice on these and wider sustainability issues. We currently have £5 million of professional indemnity insurance cover along with public liability insurance cover.
