All of our providers are expert-trained in various evidence-based practices, and we provide state-of-the-science treatment for specific diagnoses and presenting problems. We specialize in treating severe emotion dysregulation, mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, perfectionism, and parenting and couples' difficulties. We are expert in the assessment and treatment of suicidal and self-harming behaviors. We provide the following evidence-based treatments: Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) Prolonged exposure (PE) Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Behavioral Activation (BA) Behavioral Parent Training Unified Protocol (UP) Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) In addition, we offer treatments to target marital difficulties for couples as well as self-compassion treatment. We also offer a training track for students in the area who are interested in training in evidence-based treatments.
