Involved Channel is a media production label that is mainly focused on illustrations and graphic design. We also create 2D animations sometimes and motion graphics promotional videos. This is a small team of young artists, each of us have graduated university of arts and specializes in different aspects of the creative visual process. We have a goal to somehow create a new way of working with people, we intend to structure ourselves differently, we don't have employers and employee statuses, we only have members and while nobody is obligated to do anything we also try to keep everyone motivated at the same time therefore one shall feel the need to do everything he can to contribute. We don't know yet if this is sustainable but we certainly hope that we're onto something great. There's a tendency of growth we are experiencing and apparently talented people like to work this way therefore we would like to continue testing and emerging this co-production into a sustainable creative business.
