Telenor Eiendom Holding AS (Telenor Real Estate) is a property management company, managing around 1.000,000 m2 of premises in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Hungar. The company also provides property consultancy services to the Telenor Group companies internationally. Telenor Real Estate is wholly owned by Telenor and employs around 75 staff. Its head office is located in the Telenor centre at Fornebu. Telenor Real Estate’s main task is to provide premises for the Telenor Group to ensure that the corporation can carry out its business in the most cost-efficient way. The company is also a major player on the wider rental market. In addition to property management, operations, maintenance and property development, Telenor Real Estate provides property-related services such as reception, access control, canteens, cleaning and security services.
