Our mission is to provide high quality training and learning opportunities for all EU institutions and staff. We aim to promote common values and support cooperation among the institutions through the exchange of ideas and good practice. Our offer includes: - training in basic workplace skills - management and leadership development programmes - wellbeing workshops - an annual compulsory training programme for about 80 EU institution assistant-level staff who have been identified as being potential administrators - short study visits for young European civil servants whose jobs involve EU questions through the Erasmus for Public Administration programme
