We’ve made it our mission to connect great drivers with rewarding jobs and keep the wheels of the UK logistics sector turning. Right now, the UK has over 50,000 unfilled driving roles, so the skills of every qualified driver are in high demand. Through our strong partnership with The HGV Training Centre – the UKs largest HGV training company – we have unrivalled access to new drivers who are about to embark on their new career in logistics. We work closely with these candidates before they even qualify to support, motivate and coach them for employment. This means that we’re able to place the right people in the right jobs and build rewarding long-term relationships between employers and drivers. The majority of our candidates are just starting out, so we like to partner with organisations who feel as enthusiastic about employing newly qualified drivers (NQDs) as we do. But we also know that new drivers are engaged and ambitious. They gain experience and want to progress, so we continue to provide recruitment support and ongoing advice for the whole of a drivers career.
