Andy spent over 20 years in the business community gaining experience in a variety of fields and spending focused time in professional services space including: as an auditor for the world’s largest public accounting firm, as an operations and field representative for one of the 10 largest staffing and payroll firms in the United States, and most recently was the Chief Human Resources Officer at the 15th largest accounting firm in the United States. Andrew is an expert in the field of human resources and organizational strategy having held responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources during his career. Andrew has worked with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) as a member of a special taskforce to develop workplace standards and metrics on employee value. He led cultural change from a high turnover organization to one receiving national recognition as a “Great Place to Work.” Through those learned experiences, Andrew has become passionate about the interplay between successful business operations and corporate strategies on environmental culture. He has coached numerous professionals in areas of professional development and more broadly general life development.
