For over 15 years, in close alignment with the CEO, CHRO and CLO of Agilent Technologies we have implemented a comprehensive leadership development system among all top leaders. Areas of focus include succession planning, acquisition integration, self-awareness, team alignment, and innovative problem solving. Throughout several multi-year projects, Trimergence has been a partner with Workday to develop leaders’ self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. Our job was to prepare and accelerate leaders’ capability to engage with an authentic executive presence during planned weeklong events.
