In 2009, Leigh set up our sister company, Virtual HR Director Ltd offering HR consultancy services to the SME marketplace, and has spent the last seven years supporting businesses who don’t have HR support on-site and need help from taking on their first employee to assisting with issues such as recruitment, performance management and personal development.
