The Kaurila Sauna was born in an atmospheric public sauna in over 100-year-old wooden cabin near the heart of Helsinki. When Kaurilan sauna was founded in 2009, the founder Saara Lehtonen had an idea to complete the traditional Finnish sauna experience with gentle and ecological Natural Cosmetics, fine linen towels and beautiful lcandles. Saara began to work, developed and imple- mented her ideas by testing the products on her own sensitive skin and listening to the wishes of the sauna guests.
