European Directory Assistance was founded in 2003 and launched the first alternative directory enquiries service in Belgium with 13-13 (thirteen thirteen). The number 13-13 (and now also 12-12 and 14-14) can be accessed both fixed and mobile lines, offers services in Dutch (12-12), French (13-13) and English (14-14) and is accessible around the clock, every day of the week, 365 days a year. Thanks to European Directory Assistance, any Belgian telephone subscriber can use a fixed or mobile phone to find the number of a friend, a public administration, a professional, a craftsman… or use the reverse lookup service to find the details of the person or company attached to a specific telephone number.
