Project F
www.projectf.com.auProject F partners with organisations to help remove the systemic barriers to achieving gender balanced technology teams and give them access to hard to find female tech talent. Board level awareness and increasing media scrutiny on equality make it clear it's time to do something about the lack of women in tech and that something is Project F . Challenges in hiring and retaining female tech’ talent is a daily reality for all technology leaders who are under pressure to build, scale and develop their products at speed. The good news is there are so many amazing women in the technology community who simply want to grow and progress their careers in inclusive environments with great career prospects. The time to bring these two communities together is now and Project F is building the bridge. OUR VISION: A landscape of organisations adapting their structures around the their female talent instead of women adapting their lives and working styles to survive. Where there is no gender gap to mention. Where women have an equal chance to flourish in careers in tech’ as men and organisations are thriving because of it. HOW? The bold stance we take is to only work with companies who are truly committed to closing the gender gap in their tech teams. However there’s no judgement here. Most high-growth companies have had to ‘land grab’ tech talent to get products built fast and that’s cost them the ability to focus on achieving gender balance. And they know gender balanced teams are better teams. More creative, better at problem solving and faster to reach innovation. We partner with companies to give them the tools to address the barriers to gender diversity in tech teams and we provide unique women-only talent pipelining exclusively for them.
