Bridgeport Caribe Youth Leaders (BCYL) affectionately known as Caribe is a thriving youth development organization serving nearly 700 youth yearly from ages 5 to 18 via enrichment programs and activities under our sports, education and community platforms. Our mission is to provide youth with sports, educational and civic direction helping them build the character and self-esteem they need to reach their full potential and value in society. Our motto is “Building Today’s Youth...Tomorrow’s Leaders”, this sums up our vision of instilling commitment, integrity, pride and respect in our youngsters through organized sports and activities.
