This is the Product Mind Community: A safe space to talk with other similar product professionals, in a group or individually, as you need on any topic you want advice with, or just a space to talk. A community to all support each other. A platform to participate in panel discussions, hear from wellbeing or product experts, read the latest research (again in wellbeing and/or product management). A community where heirarchy does not exist. Whether you've been a product manager for ten days or ten years, our opinions and areas of experience should be valued equally. Meanwhile, this is a platform where everyone has a voice and everyone's voice will be heard equally. A forum to discuss key topics on wellbeing in product management, both within the community and on social platforms, with a vision to be speaking back to the wider professional world with one voice on how to better/best support Product Professionals. A group of similarly minded colleagues, all volunteering time to give as much as is taken out. A community where we give as much as we benefit from the advice and support of others. A non-judgmental environment, where its members understand that none of us have the right to judge or criticise anyone else's thoughts or actions (and that includes if we've been in the same situation ourselves; our situations might be similar but no two of us are the same). A community in which any kind of intolerance for difference - be that race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender or disability - is not tolerated. Our beauty comes in our diversity. This community belongs to all of us. Its power and the benefit we all stand to gain from it is all of our responsibility.
