Established in Carlisle in 1985 Northern Developments operated successfully throughout the UK as a main contractor until 2002, when the company focus changed from contractor to developer. Since then Northern Developments have successfully completed a range of commercial, residential and industrial developments throughout the North of England and have several very exciting projects on the horizon.
