Transitions makes the UK workforce more effective and inclusive by accessing the skills of refugee professionals. We provide experienced international graduate talent, all with refugee backgrounds, to UK hirers. We provide both paid placements and a hiring service. Our candidates all have UK permission to work already and do not require visas. We advise employers on the rights of refugees in the UK ie. refugees have full permission to work. Most of our candidates have worked on challenging international projects in post-war conditions and bring those technical and problem-solving skills to the UK workplace.
