The Quality of Life (QOL) program is one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 realization programs. It aims to improve the lifestyle of the individual and the family and to build a balanced society, by creating an adequate environment to support and develop new options that will enhance individual and community participation in cultural, recreational and sports activities. Achieving the objectives of the program will also contribute to the creation of many jobs, the diversification of economic activity and the inclusion of Saudi cities on the list of the world’s best cities to live in.
