Based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and operating throughout the North of England, BCL was created to challenge the constraints small and medium businesses confront when it comes to employing the tools required to grow their businesses and build truly empowered companies. Specialising in the Hospitality industry I have a vested interest in our local/regional community and understand the goals and aspirations of clients. By providing support and empowerment through consultancy support my aim is to assist businesses to realise their potential. In some cases that may involve providing operational turnaround support, developing structures that allow businesses to achieve market share or disrupting market share and optimising profit margins. In summary, no matter what the requirement is, my experience is able to guide clients through to success, motivated on delivering strong returns whilst developing assets and building an empowered workforce that delivers results in all key areas of the business.
