Since 1947, Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc., AIA and their consultants have provided complete architectural services, functional programming, land/master planning, engineering, interior design and landscape architecture. A.C. Esterly, AIA, founded the firm and continued the practice with his associates until the present firm of Esterly, Schneider & Associates was formed and incorporated, in Missouri, in 1985, when Craig A Schneider, AIA, became the managing partner. In 2014, Melissa A. Higbie, Thomas A. Lundberg, and Timothy M. Guillot became partners in the firm, each bringing invaluable experience and specialized expertise. Following the tradition of excellence begun in 1947, Esterly, Schneider & Associates, Inc., AIA continues active involvement in communities nationwide, providing architectural leadership in financial institutions, commercial, medical, governmental, educational, and industrial facilities.
