SheBreathes Balance & Wellness is a membership based women's empowerment, education, and advocacy initiative dedicated to the complete renewal of women in body, mind and soul. We believe that every woman has the strength within her to create, nurture and transform her own life -- to evolve to a place of power. It begins with that first deep breath, a commitment to self-care, and a desire to find balance. Our mission is to: 1) Promote the importance of self-care for balance, health and wellness and teach women to love and honor themselves. 2) Create a welcoming environment for women to gather, learn from, share with each other, grow individually and be inspired by the experience of women supporting other women in search of their own transformation. 3) Establish a collaborative of professionals in the fields of health & wellness, life balance, education and the arts in order to promote their gifts, and strengthen their connection with the community.
