Organization working to rebuild the original animation building of Walt Disney in Kansas City. Walt started his animation company at 31st and Forrest in 1923. We plan to revitalize the building to contain a museum featuring a reproduction of Walt's original office (where he fed a small mouse, who later became the inspiration for Mickey Mouse), a working educational/art studio, small 50 person movie theater, and a memorabilia store.
