The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Berhampur, located in Berhampur, Odisha (INDIA) is a Centre of Excellence dedicated to teaching and research in basic sciences, established in 2016 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. As a unique initiative in science education in India, IISER Berhampur aims to be a university of the highest calibre, delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate education and state-of-the-art research in an integrated manner. At present, the IISER Berhampur conducts BS-MS (Dual Degree), Integrated PhD, and PhD programmes, and post-doctoral research training in an intellectually vibrant atmosphere.
