The mission of Success Training Empowerment Program or STEP, Inc. is to empower the community by providing training, education, resources, support and encouragement. STEP is committed to increasing financial stability, educational enhancement, career development and marketability and healthy living, both physically and emotionally. This program would also serve the community by providing further training and resource development for education, training, community service, partnership and financial assistance. STEP will also build community partnerships with local agencies, organizations and businesses to encourage participants and attendees to develop stronger skills in the areas of health, finance, employment, work-life balance and education.
