Our Mission The mission of Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association is to assure inclusion and enhance independence of people with Down syndrome. About RMDSA Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association, Inc. (RMDSA) is a non-profit organization which serves families of children and adults with Down syndrome, and interested professionals in the Mountain States region. RMDSA was formed in 1981 by parents who felt a need to associate more closely with other parents of children with Down syndrome.
