By that, we mean we help nurses gain the skills to make decisions about what needs to be executed, as opposed to just executing a task that’s directed by someone else. Today, nurses need to be able to diagnose patients to prevent complications, as well as employ nursing treatments and interventions. We give you the confidence, the knowledge, and the ability to engage in rapid assessment and provide expedient interventions that directly impact the well-being of patients.
