Who We Are PrōVen was founded in 1991 as a Management Services provider to small contractors. In 1995, PrōVen incorporated to become a full service, self-performing general engineering contractor. PrōVen has earned a reputation for outstanding work with an emphasis on horizontal civil construction. The PrōVen team is client-focused and dedicated to providing superior quality service in a variety of markets, including: transportation, power, environmental restoration, water resources, and structural retrofitting. Our core business, within the construction industry, is bidding and building public works projects. Primarily, PrōVen aims to serve federal, state, county, city, and special district clients throughout our operational areas in California. Our management personnel are certified through the Project Safety Management course, provided by the US Army Corp of Engineers.
