The Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM) is a unique partnership of 29 of the world's largest and leading governments, bringing together companies and international experts to achieve one mission - accelerate clean energy transitions. Its guiding principle of inclusivity facilitates flexible, bottom-up contributions by the broad clean energy community, delivering impactful solutions through actions on the ground. Together CEM members account for 90% of the world’s clean power and 80% of global clean energy investment. Their collective commitment is to be action-oriented, focussed on delivering tangible real-world change.
